Posting this here to also keep myself in check with accountability. 
Time to mix up the work out and start toning these muscles that were under the fat I’ve walked off. Doing this with another massage therapist that I trade with to help with motivation and achieving goals. I will reach my goal of losing 65 pounds by the end of the year. Only 10 to go!
